What happend in Virginia Tech is unspeakable.
It happens all the time around us. Divide and conquer .
I have decide NOT to think that way, we should stick together and not to be afraid of each other.
I don't know if you have heard about YCWP Youth Crime Watch program , it is youth led. Provide crime prevention and instill positive values and build self confidence in young people.Even those with limited resources can start a YCW program and build relationship of trust with foreign students.
